It is essential that the data you provide to us is accurate, truthful, and up to date. Please notify us of any changes to your data during your relationship with us.
If we need to collect and process personal data to, for example, comply with a legal or regulatory obligation, execute a contract, or take preliminary steps related to a contract involving the data subject, and you do not provide or request deletion of such data, we may be unable to execute the contract, fulfill obligations derived from it, or comply with the relevant legal or regulatory requirements. In this case, we may need to cancel access to a product, service, or benefit you wish to obtain, or terminate any contractual relationship we have with you.
Data subjects are entitled to ownership of their personal data and guaranteed fundamental rights of freedom, privacy, and confidentiality under the Law. They may request, among other rights:
▪ Access to their personal data;
▪ Correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data;
▪ Withdrawal of consent and deletion of personal data, except for those necessary for fulfilling contractual, legal, or regulatory obligations during the required time frame;
▪ Confirmation of whether data processing is taking place;
▪ Anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary, excessive, or unlawfully processed data.
To exercise your rights, you can contact our DPO using the channels indicated above.
We aim to respond to all requests within a reasonable timeframe. Occasionally, the response may take longer if your request is particularly complex or if we are handling multiple requests.
Our privacy policies and procedures are constantly evolving in line with applicable legislation.
